Ok I got my new 12np20 and hooked it up and it worked good then I was montane it and I did not disconnect the battery cable from the battery and it touched the inverter and now it will not go into...

You have to follow the big wires from point A to point B and see what is between them. You may have a fuse, breaker or disconnect someplace. You are just going to have to follow them and look for something that is not a wire.
