Okay, I spoke with Xantrex. The latest and greatest is a Freedom SW 85-3012. Amazon price is $1489.98. The new LCD panel is part number 801-0921 and is on Amazon for $188.57. Here's the good news. They make an adapter so I can use my existing cable! Part number 808-9010 and is on Amazon for $21.07.
The other option is to repair it like Ivylog suggested. A local TV repair shop wants $50 to look at it and that goes towards the price of the repair.
