I think we are done

We went through the same thought process when we sold our last sailboat a few years back. Between insurance, registration, property taxes and the costs associated with summer and winter marinas we were not using it enough to justify the expense. We occasionally miss it, but really no regrets. Not having the RV in the yard certainly makes it more difficult to use. When owning it becomes a task and you find you are using it because you feel you must, then it's definitely time to move on. Good luck in whatever your next venture turns out to be.
