I had several experiences that would indicate the car software programs are written by teenagers who just got off Playstation.
I observed my sons on the Playstation car racing, where you can hit concrete wall at 140 mph, then program hangs you for 2 seconds and you can continue on your way.
In Tesla accident the program took tall trailer as overhead road sign. How stupid is that?
