I would look at the chassis first, engine transmission etc. Is that all good? That would be the $$$ part. If that's all good proceed with what is important, roof leaks
water damage. I would take it apart how it was put together, not just start cutting out stuff. Easier to maybe save some items to re use or use as a template. Lots of wiring,
try to protect that. Good luck, i installed living quarters in my cargo trailer and learned how on these forums plus my background in trailer manufacturing and repair.
