Ice Cream
This is my 2nd Norcold 1200 series frig and my ice cream still will not get rock hard. Freezer is @ -1 and I have tried both both sides. Am I the only one out there that has this problem? TOM

Sometimes our Norcold is not too cold. One thing is if the freezer frosts up it won't cool properly. It will make the freezer/fridge run and run trying to get to temp and will cause an oveheat eventually and pop the button in the back. We let our run in storage and it did that, I don't know how extra moisture got in. Possibly the drain tube. Reset once but kicked out some minor yellow on the burner assembly but no odor but we are thinking time for the Amish unit depending on what FreedomCare says. May need a new Fridge/Freezer.
