Ice Cream
This is my 2nd Norcold 1200 series frig and my ice cream still will not get rock hard. Freezer is @ -1 and I have tried both both sides. Am I the only one out there that has this problem? TOM

Mine does not either, but if it is an issue you might try one of those fredge fans to circulate the cold air inside the box better. Besides you can scoop more if it is soft. :)
