I remember those days. I think some people going to or from Las Vegas would argue the point of one getting citations. That was a big deal for a while in the Vegas papers about the California Highway Patrol (CHP) running convoys at 55 MPH. Pass the patrol vehicle and get pulled over for the violation. The pack then speeds up, and runs into the next CHP vehicle and everyone following him at 55.
