If I install Air Tabs & Solid Aero Hubcaps will I get 10 mpg

I had air tabs on my 40' fifth wheel race trailer. I saw no measurable mpg improvement, but a buddy following me said that my trailer did kick up more road dirt & dust than usual. For whatever that's worth.

I don't know about the solid wheel covers. I suppose in theory they might help.
