If I install Air Tabs & Solid Aero Hubcaps will I get 10 mpg

Replace those high HP huge torque DP with and old underpowered DP like mine :B. I am consistently over 10 MPG usually just short of 11 MPG.
I always tease that my jeep made it from CA to TX on the same tank of gas.
