If I install Air Tabs & Solid Aero Hubcaps will I get 10 mpg

Try the inline magnetic fuel gadget. It claims to align the molecules in the fuel stream before combustion thereby giving you more combustible energy.

I would imagine this gadget would give you almost identical results to air tabs, etc.
