OK. For all Beaver Owners with circa 2003 rigs, your bedroom slide was manufactured by LTM Manufacturing LLC in Smith Center, Kansas. It was called a QUICKDRAW bedroom slide. This company no longer is in the slide business. But, I was able to talk with someone there who was very informative.
If you break a bearing like I did, the replacement is a "6302 bearing with a 5/8" bore". You can do a search and find a lot of these bearings. This bearing is then pressed on to the "bearing stud" you see in the picture. (I was wrong in believing this is an integrated unit.) So, this means that once you get the bearing off, you need to find someone to remove the existing bearing from the stud and press on a new one. The fellow I talked with seemed well aware that getting the bearing out of the housing was a real challenge.
So, while I don't have a final answer on this issue, I at least have a lot more information than I did before.
