Took that challenge in 1988 and succeeded. Took 2 days to "process" that much protein. Does not do much for comfort while traveling if you need to move on the next day. You have to finish the sides as well, not just the steak. If you want to try, order it extremely rare and drink grapefruit juice. Back in '88 it was somewhere around $45 if you did not finish it. Have absolutely no desire to try to repeat. Once was enough.
