Ok, bit of a language issue.

Let see if I have it straight

You wish to sell the coach, but you still owe on it.
Action Credit is willing to take over the payments
Then sell it and deal with the new buyers.

Possibly getting you some money in the process (not sure on that).

NOTE: I have no opinion of the company first I ever heard of them.
