I'm on my 3rd motorhome. I bought #1 & #2 off Ebay from private parties and out-of-state. There was lots of communication and no money changed hands until I showed up to complete the purchase. Everything turned out fine.
#3 I bought from my local dealer because we fell in love with it. I guess my dealership experience is a little uncommon as we got a great deal on our trade and continue to get great service after the purchase.
All have been low mileage used units, the current MH was 5 years old at purchase with 10,000 miles on it. We've had it 2 years and put another 20,000 on it with zero issues.
