If you keep it outdoor for 10 years, you will need to repaint it.
It is not going to be cheap.
$200 for heated storage is cheap. In Bay Area outside storage run over $300.
Having land, I build carport for my mh. About $400 in material cost.
Than I don't have to worry about snow.
