I store my coach in my heated barn. I don't expect it the add to the value (even if it were less that 40+yo), but the years that I can, I like to be able to leave the systems alone and have the coach ready to go on a moments notice. Plus, the access to shore power means that the banks are full and the reefer is cold when we think about it.
Will you get back the cost? NFW.... imho
It won't sell for much more, but the better exterior may make it sell faster - if you are thinking of selling in less than 10 years.
