I pay $235/mon for indoor storage in Utah -- I know another place a little closer to my house at $250.
I do it because I like my toys taken care of and in great shape. I think it will make it easier to sell being able to brag that it was stored indoors. I may get a little more money out of it since it will look newer but I mostly store it indoors because I'm anal about keeping my stuff nice. I don't want to deal with roof leaks and finding other problems after a snowy winter.
