Inside storage worth the money?

One thing I have noticed is that storage cost vary a lot depending on what part of the country you live. In my local area in Florida, for a 30x10 outside storage area just to park, it $75-$100 a month. I pay for a covered spot that is 45x12.5' and has unmetered electric for about $275 after taxes and all the nickel and diming. It's right down the street from me so it's very convenient. It also has a dump station, bathroom, air compressor and wash area. I cringe when I think how much I have spent there in the last 4 years but for all the convenience, being able to leave my TT plugged in, etc., it is worth it to me. Plus, my almost 5 year old TT looks brand new since it stays out of the elements.
