The BIG difference between the 24 ft and the 31ft is the BED and BATHROOM.
In the 24 ft you get a ridiculously small 'corner' bed. butted up against a very small bathroom with the angled wall. And 9 times out of 10 the toilet was IN the shower because the room is too small to place it outside the shower. :R
You will have to climb on you hands and knees all over the bed to try and make the bed. If you are over 5ft tall you won't even fit in the bed! And who ever sleeps on the far side will have to crawl over you to get out!
I wanted a 24 ft also. But all of them had this same layout.
I went with the 31ft with a 'walk-a-round adult size bed' with two end tables on either side and you CAN walk around it to make it and get in and out of it!!
If you are going to spend any length of time in your RV together go with the 31ft. :C
