There are NO nuts on top of the 3 motor mount bolts. The easiest way to do a LCI/SCS is to have someone operate the door step switch and the minute the step starts to extend disconnect the 4 wire disconnect at the wire harness. That frees up the tension that is on the motor when either retracted or extended. IF the motor does not operate at all, then it is easier to replace the motor if you disconnect NOT the Large allen bolt, but the short driveshaft linkage. Doug
