On mine the label on the bottom of the step has the model # plus an 1-800 #.
I had a hard time reading the label laying on my back and looking up.
I took my camera zoomed in on label and took picture of the label.
I called Lippert and talked to a real nice tech who helped me solve my problem.
If you run in to a problem I would call and in my experience found them very helpful.
