installing "J" valve stems on outer dually E-450

Has anyone installed either Tireman's or Borg Tires dually valve stems? If so, did you have to trim you wheel simulator cover to make them fit? I had to do that on my E350 years ago, but wondered i...

Don't have your exact answer but I cut out/enlarged one or two round holes on each wheel cover on my 2004 E450 Lazy Daze. Worked fine with the Borg long valve stems. When Schwab Tires replaced my tires they got the valve stems back in properly with no issues.
