Instrument panel
2008 fleetwood discovery X,the instrument panel won't come alive until the headlights are turned on (found this out by accident) . Any ideas?

- Check the dash ground wires.
- Do you have Daytime Running Lights also. Could be a bad circuit breaker someplace. They don't use a fuse on headlights to look for unless it would be for the DRL circuit only.
