Reflextix. Here it is at Lowes, but any home store or Amazon will carry it.

These two are the ones I would go with. The denim insulation would be my preference.
I would not use foam. Too many wires and what a mess and hassle. I would also not use insulation with fiberglass. Do not like working with that stuff nor getting it in the air.
