Very True. 3 distinct and different lines of DP's.
Anything on the RR4 chassis (stay away in my opinion)

Endeavor / dip and late model knight / ambassador on rr8r are excellent midrange dp's

And the high end, which is a totally different beast. Navigaters, Executives, signatures, and that ilk. These are very high end machines, comparable to high end Newmar's, Essex, Foretravel

Tell that to the guy that owns a Beaver.

The Beaver was a unit on it's own that Monaco Coach built. The OP was comparing Monaco brand coaches and Holiday Rambler coaches.
  • Greg1,
Here is a way to compare both coaches manufactured by Monaco. Click on either Monaco or Holiday Rambler, then go to to "brochures" at the top menu. I clicked on 05 Navigator for the HR line and 05 Dynasty for the Monaco line. Both have the RoadmasterS Chassis. Engine is different as I am sure are some of the options but you can get an idea of anything significant. I don't think there is but Monaco seemed to offer a few more choices in the motorhomes for that year. I know the Dynasty, the Signature and the Executive were their higher end coaches in 05. You will also see how the roof is put together and you can branch out to other links about their chassis, etc. There are some differences but both had the ceiling height increase in 05 and some other perceived upgrades. http://www.monacorv.com

  • well my friend may had 2 diff ac units monoco may have been the bigger ac thanks for info
  • I think they are identical...
At least in the price and year range I own, the only difference between an ambassador/endeaver and a knight/diplomat is the engine (endeaver/dip has a 400hp isl, knight/ambassador has a 360hp isc) floorplans and features are identical between the 4, paint jobs and interior colors slightly different.

They were also marketed as equals, no chevy / buick games here.
