Being towed RV would be covered under tow vehicle insurance
Sitting on property.......RV wouldn't be covered by homeowners insurance but items in it might be
RV catches on fire...accident.........catches neighbors house on fire.
Neither you or your homeowners ins. would be liable as this was an accident.
You didn't cause fire intentionally, you did cause fire to spread.
Liability is about negligence. Negligence would have to be proven.
Have you been in contact with your states insurance commission?
