First thing start taking careful notes of all the correspondence with the insurance. Date, time, who, what and such. Don't mention lawyer or law suit just yet. Once you pull that trigger you can't un-pull it. The insurance may shut off all future discussions and just tell you to meet them in court it you start mentioning such.
Start working on estimates, police report and such but in the mean time you need to make the coach drivable and limit any future damage. Very important not to let further damage occur. Probably best to remove the bumper if possible and tape over the corner damage to prevent water from entering. Not sure where to get estimates. It looks like light metal work to get the corner back in shape. Honestly the first thing that came to might was a soffit/fascia fabricator.
Hold your ground when negotiating with the insurance but always be polite. Demand to be made whole and the coach returned to it's pre-damaged condition. It's not going to happen over night and you have to be patient. If the insurance starts ignoring you stop calling them and start doing all correspondence in writing. When the day comes that you end up in small claims court the more documentation you have the better.
