Anyway, this is what I do know. The adjuster told me to take it to a body shop
They will replace the bumper. Then I Sen a copy of Bill of sale to the insurance company and they will handle the rest of the damage. (It Wil be totaled) the Labor would exceed the value by far. So, things are starting to move. I just didn't expect to have to deal with having to tie up the bumper myself.
According to my insurance, it should have been towed to the body shop.
But the company responsible refused to tow it.
