It sounds like you want the motorhome gone. If they total it then they own it and will sell it for scrap. Or you get as much cash as you can and fix what you can as cheaply as possible and keep the motorhome. There has been so much rambling I have become uncertain about the goal of the OP here.If the motorhome was moved by the jolt you may have frame issues which make it no longer very drivable.
