I don't know anything about your personal finances but it sounds like you are in over your head. As you can see I have 2 older MHs. They both have collision insurance and specified value. The '95 I bought from a neighbor so I knew about it. He sold it because he is 6'3" and the bed is only 5'10". I found my GMC on Craigslist for $10K and expected another $10K to get it in shape. As you have found, there is more to owning an RV than just the purchase price. If your tires are more than 6-7 years old they need replacing. Would you be able to do this? I don't mean to be critical of you but I think you overlooked some things before jumping into RVing.
