I think that cat is out of the bag already. Had you from the start told them you were leaving the RV on the land up in MN, you may have been able to get away with it. But once you initiated FL insurance on the RV, they are not going to buy the RV is in MN. Even if you did leave it registered in MN and always stated it was staying up north, if your drivers license, mailing address and other vehicles are insured in FL, odds are they will rate it for FL anyway negating any savings.
