They are not always by the batteries. They can be up front on the outside firewall. They can be in the entry stepwell area. Usually when you have the BD-2 Both solenoids are located side by side. IF 1 is working, have someone connect and disconnect from the panel and walk around the outside of the RV until you here a solenoid click on and off. Doug
