Intellitec only showing 30A service connected to 50A. ???

So went out to work on the RV next to the shop. Connected to 50A service. EMS is showing 30A service. I measured at the main RV breaker inside the RV and have both legs. Reset all breakers on ever...

Measure BETWEEN the 2 hot legs. IF you get 230/240 volts, your EMS is malfunctioning. IF you do NOT get that voltage, you are NOT on correct 50 amp service. You are on cheated 50 amp which is on the same phase. True 50 amp is out of phase. The EMS "sees" the 2 separate phases and that is how it knows you are on 50 amp service. Doug
