Intellitec only showing 30A service connected to 50A. ???

So went out to work on the RV next to the shop. Connected to 50A service. EMS is showing 30A service. I measured at the main RV breaker inside the RV and have both legs. Reset all breakers on ever...

I have had the same problem 3 months ago.....like other member said the problem was in the main box....2 or 3 of the wires were not tight enough...
