You make it sound like in September you may still have to opt for overpaying with the 15% option or being under covered with the ACV policy. While you may have to change companies you may be able to save more with an agreed value policy and that was the feeling I got from your posts, that you wanted to save money. With a set number on the policy the agent might be able to save you more than $400 a year.
