Inverter cabinet upgrade sealant and sound deadening

I will be upgrading my inverter and charger to a Magnum 3012 inverter. While I have everything out of the inverter cabinet I plan on adding some sound deadening mats to the roof, floor, and back wall ...

Haven't installed it yet. The only reason I'm trying to quiet the cabinet down is cause my current converter/inverter have a loud fan noise that is right under my headboard (two cabinets below my head while sleeping), so I want to proactively quiet it if possible.
