Inverter cabinet upgrade sealant and sound deadening

I will be upgrading my inverter and charger to a Magnum 3012 inverter. While I have everything out of the inverter cabinet I plan on adding some sound deadening mats to the roof, floor, and back wall ...

Silicon caulk is good for sealing cable penetrations and protecting from chafing. Monitor the temperatures for a while in case the new inverter throws off more heat.
