Anyway, thanks for the replies. I think I will do this for the holes:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AXM5RM/ and I will grab some GeoCell Pro flex if I need to further seal them. I can't do wire glands because it would require patching the holes (they are 2") and making new ones which is much more work then I would prefer, although I agree that would be best.
I mounted a temp gauge in the cabinet and will do some tests to see if I need to add a fan. Probably still a couple weeks away from the install as I'm still waiting for my 4/0 cables to come in and enough time to do the install. I'll take a bunch of pics and post it when I do.
