I think you need to do a bit of research. Go to the web site for the AGM batteries that you own. Ask them what they recommend. AGM generally can be charged much faster than flooded.
Why would the dealer put in two different chemistries?
If you don't want to rid yourself of the two flooded batteries, consider using switches to isolate the flooded from the AGM.
