This reminds me of a story my Dad SWEARS is true:
Supposedly some guy's brand new Mercedes had an annoying rattle that simply couldn't be located despite numerous trips to the shop. Finally, in desperation, they dismantled one of the doors. Inside they found a small collection of loose nuts, bolts, and what have you along with a note that said: "So you finally found it, you rich SOB!"
