No offense to the OP, but the fact that he feels the need to ask about the liability of buying that motorhome tends to indicate that he has some concerns about it. Ultimately, he alone will be the one to make the decision based on what he sees. My best suggestion is to keep looking. There are plenty more fish in the sea, as they say, and with just a little patience, and time, you will find that gem in the rough and you will immediately be able to tell the kind of maintenance it has received, and your decision to buy it or not will be much easier.
