IMO, you can do SIGNIFICANTLY better than that! Think about it. If FOR ANY REASON you have to trade this vehicle in, or, it gets in a major accident(totaled), fire, flood, etc., once it has been registered, even if it has 100 miles on it, it WILL be priced as a used 2018 vehicle and you will lose 3 years of depreciation value over new (2020) retail price. (or whatever price you paid) The fact that it is 3 model years old (in six months, four) is NOT your problem, however, it could be, . . . . . . or, it could be a great opportunity for you to get a good/great deal on a 3 year old no miles RV. Be bold, but, you take your chances !
