We're not going to be buying the Alpine. The dealer called us and said it was ready for sale, but when we got there it was still dirty and now the main slide was is stuck open about two inches. They had parts on order to fix it. We were able to see it in the day time though and really didn't like what we saw.
The steering box bracket had been modified so that was a positive. The woodwork looked good and the driver and passenger seat were pretty good, but the couch and chair had holes in the leather. It's going to need four rear tires before its driven off the lot.
This is a picture of the right slide seal. That's a pretty big hole.
We found this when we picked up the runner in the kitchen. It looks like the subfloor may be damaged.
The right windshield had an issue with the weather strip and was delaminating in one corner.
The bedroom slide had rusty water draining out of the wall. The lower left side was swelling from the water.
A few of the windows were fogged up between the panes of glass.
There is no ladder!
There were several areas that were damaged from a collision with something.
There was a crack below the corner of the main slide and the wall was wavy a foot either side which looked like delamination.
The price was right, but there were just too many problems, some potentially serious, for us.
