I second the comments on the asking price. I wouldn't consider paying more than $3500, no matter how nice it is. Having owned a 1986 Class C with the Ford 460, I would avoid anything that doesn't have electronic fuel injection, which became routinely available in the mid 1990s.
That old POS always had some carburator problems and it was useless at any altitude above 500 feet. It got 6 mpg at sea level and less than 4 mpg at altitude. The carb and all the anti-smog gear were a nightmare to maintain.
Our last rig, before we retired from the RV life, was an '02 Georgetown "325S" Class A, bought in 2010. Its V-10 engine got a reliable 7.5 mpg regardless of altitude. We sold it for a little over $20K when it was 12 years old.
