Why pull over to use the rest area and are then too lazy to make it to the bathroom. Just wiz all over your tires or the ground? Gross. I assume it might mostly be OTR drivers? Next time I'll be sure to use rubber gloves if needing to inspect anything. :E
It could've been worse-if you get my drift. Seriously, maybe someone else had a ruptured black tank, maybe it was dog urine, or maybe someone just had an accident. I wouldn't assume it was an OTR driver.
