Over all economy likely has more effect than fuel prices. If economy is in the tank non essential toys are the hardest hit. Like others have said if unit is preserved well and marketed properly they can sell regardless of season or economy.
You are right and the last few days the stock market has been dropping because of the various things going on in the world. People may take a wait and see stance before taking on a large debt. New buyers to the RV market consider different things than current RV'rs who are upgrading.
