is there a class C that is small enough to not need a toad ?
We are thinking of many options, a motorhome, fifth wheel, etc but is there a small enough mh with slide outs that we could still drive around w/o a toad easy ?

This type of Hybrid B/C is pretty common out there. We have driven this one all over Mexico without a toad.
And its light enough to use as a toad for your next motorhome. :) For at least three years we used it as our toad behind our Revolution. There is some extenuating circumstances that precipitated this but it worked. We have to haul it down south again next year but are leaving it there.
I think BornFree makes something like it yet.
