Although this may turn out to be true HOW do you know all this for fact when you have never seen this MH nor have you looked at the service records or talked to existing owner? maybe its all been done in the last year or two???
In FACT if the owner has recently upgraded and or kept up all the stuff aforementioned and the Interior is as great as the exterior looks and has upgraded TV etc to me in my opinion 11K is not a bad buy but now Iam guessing the same as you are
