You are correct. Since the Craigslist ad doesn't reveal much other than model and year, we have to guess as to the motorhome's condition.
But regardless of its condition, I would rather have a 2000 or newer one if I could find one for about the same price.

Surely you aren't saying you'd consider paying eleven thousand dollars for a nineteen year old motorhome and expect it not to need anything?

Iam just saying Iam not condeming it or approving it untill i was assured of the EXACT condition of the unit.Like i said it maybe a very good deal or a very bad deal BUT I wont just say as U have "Well for one thing it needs all new tires and all new batterys for $3500 and all new brakes and fuel pump for $2000 etc" as you have said Untill its been shown to me that it does in fact require all this stuff I will assume its super clean unit like the pictures show it as
